The 17th Hole:

The teeing ground for this year’s tournament was moved to the left-side of 16 green for all four rounds. This marked the first time competitors have used what is referred to as the ‘member’s tee.’ Here is a look at the 10-year history of that hole.

17th Hole

Updating Records:

Rickie Fowler shot a first-round 66 to establish a new mark for low start by a champion; Phil Mickelson continued his tournament-leading streak of making cuts to nine consecutive; Ben Curtis was 3-under-par on the final three holes for a new mark in lowest finish on the final three holes for all rounds and became only the sixth player in history to go bogey-free in that stretch.
