Champions Park & BBQ

BBQ - New for 2013, we are now offering Hickory smoked beef brisket with mac & cheese, coleslaw and cornbread! Of course all of the local favorites like Carolina chopped pork sandwiches and plates will be also available.

Course Location: Champions Park between #9 and #10 Fairways

In celebration of Cinco de Mayo!

Havana Cuban Panini - Shaved cured ham, roasted succulent pork loin, spicy mustard, sliced dill pickles and Swiss cheese griddled in between freshly baked flat breads until crisp.

Chicken and Cheese Quesadillas - Roasted marinated chicken, Monterey Jack, White Cheddar and Oaxacan Cheeses stuffed into a warm pressed flour tortilla and lightly griddled to create a soft yet crisp quesadilla served with house made salsa and Chipotle aioli.

Bud Light Lime and Frozen Margaritas - Along with other adult beverages, these will be served at Champions Park throughout the week. Check out the Shock Top kiosk at Champions Park too.

Honey Baked Hams - Need a quick grab and go item as you walk the course? Honey Baked Hams is ready to serve our patrons a variety of sandwiches. Favorites such as Honey Baked Ham Classic, Baked turkey and the Tavern Club Sandwich.

Veggie Chop Salad - Chopped romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, spinach leaves, diced cucumbers, carrots, asparagus spears, broccoli flowers, diced red onions, garbanzo beans, with red wine vinaigrette.

Veggie Burger - Hand crafted 8 oz. patty made with brown rice, black beans, roasted beats, and our signature spices. Served with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and topped with our barbecue sauce on a whole wheat bun.

Veggie Crepe - Handmade crepe stuffed with spinach, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese.

Veggie and Fruit Cup - Fresh cut veggies and pretzel sticks served with edamame humus or a mix of seasonal fruits packaged in a convenient cup for portability.

New Bar Areas

Cocktails anyone? Adults 21 and over can now enjoy your favorite adult beverage in three unique areas on the golf course. Choose from a variety of souvenir cocktails such as Bloody Mary’s, Margaritas and spiked Lemonade.

Tomato and Mozzarella Sandwich - Fresh tomatoes, mozzarella and basil served on artisan bread

Levy Restaurants continues to serve our traditional fan favorites throughout the golf course. Such as hamburgers, hot dogs, and BBQ. For our younger fans we will continue to offer, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, whole fruit, and yogurt and the popular value packed, kiddie combo. The tournament proudly serves Coca-Cola products at all concession stands.
